To resolve this issue, disable 802.1X feature on your Windows computer.
By default, the wifi SSID will always be the model of the Cradlepoint router separated by a (-) and then the last 3 of the routers MAC address.If you're running in this issue, try the following: Check if there are other wifi-capable client devices (laptops, tablets, phones, etc) that CAN see the Cradlepoint's wifi network.Scenario 1: Just one device cannot see the wireless network, while others can. Uncheck Varify the server’s identity by validating the certificate, then click the Configure button. Make sure the Automatically use my Windows logon name and password (and domain if any) checkbox is unchecked. Check Specify Authentication mode and choose User Authentication.
